Ninety Mile Consulting was founded in Gippsland, Victoria, with a clear focus: help regional communities and the organisations that serve them to plan, adapt, and deliver better outcomes. From day one, our work has been grounded in practical delivery, on-the-ground engagement, and a commitment to strategy that can actually be implemented.

As our client base grew, the same challenges and opportunities we saw in Gippsland proved consistent across the country, workforce sustainability, service access, system integration, and the need for clear, evidence-informed decision-making.
