Ford is an experienced management consultant and industry leader, recently transitioning from the Deloitte Consulting Strategy and Operations practice to found Ninety Mile Consulting. Ford partners with his clients to solve their most complex problems and uplift their performance, delivering real business value. Ford’s clients range from global telecommunication providers, major Australian banks and large manufacturing organisations through to not-for-profits, regional aged care providers and community organisations.

Having spent a number of years working overseas and as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy, Ford’s greatest passion is regional Australia. Supporting and empowering regional organisations to thrive also enables Ford to spend more time in regional Victoria with his wife and children.

Bettina moved to NMC from a National Head of Strategy role, where she was solely responsible for design, implementation and success of large-scale business strategy initiatives nationally.  Bettina has designed and implemented operational processes & corporate strategies for 15+ years on a national level and been accountable for outcomes to local and global Boards. Her extensive experience in building growth strategies, underpinned with her strong business acumen, has achieved long-term and sustainable outcomes for both medium-sized and large organisations alike.

Dariya Otgonbayar

Completion of a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Melbourne. Dariya brings her academic knowledge of economic frameworks and financial proficiency in supporting NMC clients with their strategic plans.

With expertise in the strategy and operations of both large and medium organisations, Dariya is passionate about identifying both organic and inorganic organisational hurdles, devising strategies to overcome those hurdles, and ultimately optimising an organisation’s ability to reach their business goals.

Along this journey Mark has also sat on advisory boards, been a board member and Chair of a Digital Marketing agency and was a Teaching Associate in the Masters of IT program at Monash University.

Mark most recent position in the Health Care sector was the Chief Executive Officer of Gippsland Southern Health Service encompassing the Leongatha and Korumburra hospitals providing acute, aged and primary care services in the Gippsland region of Victoria. Prior to this appointment Mark held the positions of Chief Executive Officer at Terang & Mortlake Health Service, Director of Finance & Administration at Echuca Regional Health and Finance Manager at Northeast Health Wangaratta. Marks interests lie in governance, community and leadership development. Marks experience in the public health sector spans 28 years, 21 of those in the role of Chief Executive Officer​
