Ninety Mile Consulting (NMC) is proud to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive Early Years Services Brief for Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV). This project, which focused on enhancing early childhood services in Falls Creek, has yielded valuable insights and recommendations for future development.

Project Scope and Methodology

The NMC team conducted a thorough analysis of the current state of early years services in Falls Creek, encompassing:

• Demographic profiling
• Early Years Demand assessment
• Early Years Supply evaluation
• Falls Creek Child Care’s performance

This in-depth examination provided a solid foundation for identifying potential options to address the unique challenges faced by families in Falls Creek and surrounding areas.

Option Evaluation Process

Following the initial analysis, NMC developed and evaluated six distinct options for improving early years services. The evaluation process was rigorous and multifaceted, considering:
