NMC is currently supporting BCH with the development of their new Clinical Service Plan.  The Bass Coast region is one of the fastest growing regions of regional Victoria and as a result BCH have experienced un precedented change over the last five years to meet the current and future needs of their community.  Working with the BCH Executive and the Service teams NMC are supporting the finalisation of their five year roadmap and designing and implementation plan to support the change through out the organisation
