Ninety Mile Consulting (NMC) is proud to be working alongside Corangamite Shire Council and the Healthy Well Corangamite Leadership Group to shape the next Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan (MPHWP).
This project has been a true collaboration. Over recent months, we’ve:
- Facilitated more than 18 consultations, both virtual and in-person.
- Delivered a targeted stakeholder survey to map current programs.
- Hosted a virtual challenges workshop to surface key issues.
- Convened an in-person solutioning workshop with Healthy Well Corangamite partners and selected stakeholders to co-design priorities.

Thanks to the commitment and insight of the Healthy Well Corangamite (HWC) Leadership Group and local partners, we now have a strong foundation of evidence and lived experience to guide the Plan.
The project has now moved into the drafting phase, where these insights will be brought together into a framework for action. Importantly, this isn’t the end of the conversation — stakeholders will soon be invited to a review and feedback session to refine the draft and ensure it reflects the collective vision for a healthier, more connected Corangamite.

“The level of collaboration and shared commitment across the Healthy Well Corangamite Leadership Group has been outstanding,” said Keri James, Coordinator Community Programs. “This process shows the power of partnership in tackling complex health and wellbeing challenges.”
We’re excited to continue this journey with Corangamite Shire Council, the Leadership Group, and the wider community as the Plan takes shape.
