Ninety Mile Consulting is proud to celebrate the completion of Mansfield District Hospital’s Strategic Plan 2025–2029 – a bold, integrated framework that positions MDH to deliver sustainable rural healthcare excellence under their powerful vision and proactive attitude to improving health outcomes for their communities.

💪 This project showcases what’s possible when healthcare organisations embrace truly collaborative strategic planning. Through co-design workshops with staff, Executive Leadership Team, and Board members, MDH has created a plan that’s not just aspirational – it’s actionable, evidence-based, and owned by the people who will bring it to life.
