PCAC have engaged NMC to identify and provide evidence based strategic direction options for the community based aged care provider to ensure their organisational sustainability. As part of the project NMC is undertaking comprehensive analysis on PCAC’s operating environment, internal and external, and ensure all critical stakeholders are consulted as part of potential future state design elements.
